  • This is a sample on our Online Transaction Follow-Up System for sellers who choose us to represent them with full services. You are provided with a user name and password so you can keep yourself up to date 24/7 on how everything is going with the process of your closing. This check list only applies to real estate purchase and sale agreements which have been completely agreed to between the buyer and the seller. This is by far the best communications system to keep a seller or buyer informed along the way with everything regarding the closing process.

  • 1. Listing SOLD Activity Check List: are those tasks which we preform on the follow-up of the sale of your listing through the entire closing process until your home closes and you receive your Check from the closing agent.

  • 2. How Related To Closing: means the part of the closing process that each task is related to servicing the sale of your home and to keep you updated with everything through the entire closing process until you get your check from the closing agent.

  • 3. Listing or Selling Agent Responsible: is the agent who is responsible to complete each task as we work through the entire closing process. The Listing Agent will always report to you including those tasks the Selling Agent is responsible for through the entire closing process until your home closes and you receive your check from the closing agent. The Selling Agent is never to contact you unless it is part of your listing agreement type.
